Economic Activities and Management Issues for the Environment: An Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) and STIRPAT Analysis in Turkey

The emission of air pollutants from energy production and consumption is a major cause environmental problems. In addition, urbanisation CO2 emissions have become concerns that are closely related to climate change sustainable economic growth. purpose this paper investigate the long-run relationship among emissions, consumption, activities, management issues for Turkey period between 1980 2021. STIRPAT hypothesis Kuznets curve (EKC) were employed by using dynamic conditional correlation (DCC) ARDL bound methodologies these goals. findings indicate there variables model. coefficient expansion affected positively, which means activity significant effects on degradation. Those results also confirmed N-shaped developed Turkey. DCC model shows growth increases significantly, productivity can be considered decreasing emissions.
